1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs vary by order weight, size, and destination, and are calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Overnight Shipping: Available for select locations, with delivery on the next business day. Please contact customer service for rates and availability.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship domestically. However, we may consider international shipments on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees, duties, and customs charges may apply.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products, such as large printers or heavy items, may have shipping restrictions or incur additional handling fees. Any applicable fees will be noted at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.

For lost packages, reach out to customer service; we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, if needed, arrange a replacement.
