1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used ink and toner cartridges.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products purchased under a non-returnable promotion.
- Custom or special-order printers.
- Printers that have been assembled, altered, or modified.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Note: Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Defective or Damaged Items
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same model, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled without penalty before they are shipped. To cancel, contact our customer service team promptly. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and falls under our return policy.
